PTO meeting this week!

There will be a PTO meeting on Thursday, February 6th 6:00 pm at CHMS.  Please plan to attend! 

Recent happenings at CHMS that you will hear about at the meeting:

•  Drawings/Prizes for those in attendance
•  Potential incentives from teachers for students whose parents attend 
•  Spring 5K fundraiser in the works - need lots of help!
•  We will want to encourage the entire Center Hill Community to        participate
•  Gearing up for 2014-15 opportunities for PTO
•  Student artwork design contest - parents in attendance will get to vote!
•  T-shirt sale ends for your new Mustang gear
•  Updates on Academic All-Stars program, discuss proposed enhancements for next year and need help to seek out potential business & corporate partners for donations

The CHMS PTO

 will have a meeting

November 11, 2013

 at 6:00 p.m.

at the school. 

 

During this meeting we will be voting on the PTO Bylaws and Proposed Budget for the 2013-2014 school year.  New things are happening with the PTO!  Please join us in this movement to make this the best that it can be for our children and teachers!

 This meeting is open to all members and non-members who have a child enrolled at CHMS.
